The group is proud to say that three projects were launched between 2005 and 2006 comprising about 350 plots spread on 40 acres in three approved layouts namely Srinivasa nagar, Balaji Nagar and Srinivasa Nagar Extension at Thalambur. A unique feature of the layouts was the black top roads with a width of 30’, 40’ and 60’ and big parks with spaces reserved for play school, community hall and shops. While one sq.ft of land was sold for Rs.169/- in 2005, the same land has appreciated to Rs.2750/- per sq.ft., an unimaginable appreciation of 16 times or 1500% in a period of just 7-8 years.While the customers are extremely happy about the abnormal growth in their investment, we are proud to be the reason.

Then came in the year 2008, a project named Thillainagar in the temple town of Kancheepuram where the plots were priced much lower than the market value and the customers got the maximum benefits.
